The studio will be closed April 3 - April 9 for Easter Break.
Recital Week!
Our annual recitals are held this week! We will have Dress Rehearsals at the theatre, two Junior Shows, and two Senior Shows. Make sure to attend your Visitor’s Weeks for more information!
Dance Photos at the Studio
Classes will be cancelled during dance photos. The dance studio is transformed into a photo studio!
Studio Closed ~ February Break
The studio will be closed from February 14 to February 20 for the February break. Classes will resume Saturday February 21, 2026.
Studio Closed ~ Christmas Break
The studio will be closed from December 20 to January 2 for Christmas Break. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to our KDF families! Classes resume January 3, 2026.
Holiday Spirit Days!
Join us in the fun for Holiday Spirit Days!
Saturday Dec 13 - Pyjama Day: Roll right out of bed into dance class!
Monday Dec 15 - Mad About Plaid Day: Wear your Christmas plaid or flannel shirts, pants, or even PJs!
Tuesday Dec 16 - Old Dance Costume Day: Wear one of your old dance costumes for the day, or don some of your favourite past accessories!
Wednesday Dec 17 - Holiday Hat Day: A Santa hat, an Elf hat, reindeer antlers, or a toque! Any holiday hat you can think of!
Thursday Dec 18 - O Christmas Tree Day: Cover yourself in bows, garland, and even twinkle lights! Dress like a Christmas tree!
Friday Dec 19 - Holiday Spirit Day: Ugly Christmas sweaters, Holiday socks, or dressing up as your favourite holiday character. Any holiday spirit you can bring to the studio for our last day of classes will be welcome!
Food Bank Drive
We are collecting non-perishable food items for the Saskatoon Food Bank! Bring in your donations and feed your community. We love to see KDF come together!
Visitor's Weeks
Immediate family members will be invited to view a class during this two week period so we can show off what we’ve been working on! A detailed schedule will be sent mid-October as to which classes can be viewed on certain days.
Studio Closed ~ Remembrance Day
Classes will be cancelled in honour of Remembrance Day.
Studio Closed ~ Halloween
Classes will be cancelled on Halloween, dancers please enjoy your trick or treating and stay safe!
Halloween Dress Up Week!
It’s Spirit Week for Halloween! Dress up in your costume or anything that gets you in the spirit. Please make sure you can still move appropriately in your class, especially for acro! No costumes for supplements please. Classes will be canceled on Halloween Day!
Studio Closed ~ Thanksgiving
Classes will be cancelled from Saturday October 11 to Monday October 13 for Thanksgiving. We are so grateful for all of our dancers and their families! Enjoy time spent with those you love.
Bring A Friend Week!
We want to meet your friends! Show them your studio and have them participate in a class! Select classes apply only for safety reasons, details will be emailed out to you.
Orange Shirt Day
Classes are running on September 30th as usual. Dancers are encouraged to wear their orange shirts to class today.

Last day to register for extras
Competitive students are eligible to sign up for extra routines like Solos, Duos, and Trios. September 15 is the last day to submit a request for an extra routine.
